My day starts early in the morning at around 6 a.m. I wake up and do some stretches before heading to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. Then I go to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. I usually have a bowl of oatmeal a banana and a cup of coffee or tea.
After breakfast I spend some time checking my emails and catching up on the news. Then I start my work for the day. As a graphic designer most of my work is done on the computer. I spend a lot of time designing logos websites and marketing materials for my clients.
Around noon I take a break for lunch. I usually have a sandwich some fruit and a glass of water. After lunch I continue working until around 5 p.m. At that point I finish up any last-minute tasks and log off for the day.
In the evenings I like to relax and unwind. Sometimes I'll watch TV or read a book other times I'll take a yoga class or go for a run. I try to make time for hobbies like painting or playing music too.
Overall my day is pretty structured but I like having a routine. It helps me stay focused and productive throughout the day and it also gives me time to enjoy my hobbies and spend time with family and friends.
