My Changes from the Past to Present
I have undergone many changes throughout my life both in terms of my character and appearance. In the past I used to be quite timid and reserved hesitant to express my opinions and thoughts. However now I have become more confident and willing to engage in communication and share my ideas with others.
Furthermore I used to have a tendency to procrastinate lacked self-discipline and was reluctant to set objectives for myself and work hard to achieve them. But now I place great emphasis on time management by devising plans and regularly evaluating my performance.
In terms of my appearance I have also undergone some changes. I used to be overweight and often wore loose clothing to conceal my figure. However I realized the importance of health and began incorporating exercise and dietary changes to become healthier and more confident.
In conclusion I believe that self-improvement and change are crucial for personal growth and success as they can help us become more confident and better-equipped to handle the future.
