My Mid-Autumn Festival
The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of my favorite festivals. It is usually celebrated on the 15th of August each year. Families and friends gather together to enjoy delicious food and admire the moon.
Before the festival my mother and I would prepare food including mooncakes glutinous rice and various snacks. In the evening we would set up a table in the yard light candles and lanterns and place the food on the table.
