Last summer vacation I traveled to the United Kingdom with my family. We visited many famous cities and attractions such as London Edinburgh Bath Stonehenge and the Lake District. It was a fantastic experience and I learned a lot about British culture and history.
Our first stop was London the capital of the UK. We visited famous landmarks like the Tower of London Buckingham Palace and the British Museum. We also went on a cruise tour along the Thames River and saw iconic buildings like the Houses of Parliament and the Tower Bridge.

One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Stonehenge a prehistoric monument consisting of giant stones arranged in a circle. It was fascinating to learn about the mysteries surrounding this ancient site and to see it up close.
Lastly we visited the Lake District a stunning region of lakes mountains and forests. We went on hikes and boat rides and enjoyed the breathtaking scenery.
Overall our trip to the UK was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed learning about the history and culture of this fascinating country and I would love to go back someday.
