Volunteer Experience
As a volunteer I have partited in many meaningful activities helping those in need and learning a lot from it.
One of my most unforgettable experiences was volunteering at an elementary school. Myself and other volunteers were responsible for helping the children with their studies and everyday life. Each of us was assigned to a group of students helping them with their homework listening to them read and telling them stories. Some of the children were very mischievous but we were able to give them love and encouragement helping them grow better.
Another unforgettable experience was partiting in an environmental volunteer activity. We went to a park to clean up a river and its surrounding area. During the cleaning process we found a lot of rubbish including various plastic products paper and metal. This activity made me realize the importance of environmental protection and also made me aware that we should all do our part in protecting the environment.
These volunteer experiences have helped me to better understand the needs of the community and have shown me how much of a contribution I can make with my own efforts. I will continue to partite in volunteer activities helping those in need while also improving my skills and qualities.
